What we collect
For the pre-launch waitlist we collect your first name, your email address, the role you choose (behind the lens, in front of the lens, or running a studio), and basic attribution (which link brought you here). We record that you confirmed you are 18 or over and that you consented to be contacted about joining. Your legal and family name are not collected here. They are captured later, at identity verification only.
Why, and our lawful basis
We use it solely to contact you about joining EqualFrame and to manage the waitlist. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit your email after the notice on the form, and confirmed by the opt-in email we send (double opt-in). We do not sell your data or share it for third-party marketing.
Retention
We keep your waitlist record until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist is wound down after launch, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email, and you can ask us to access, correct, or erase your data at any time by emailing privacy@equalframe.com. You may also complain to the UK ICO.
Where your data lives
Data is stored in the EU/UK. We use Resend to deliver email. No data is used to make automated decisions about you.
